SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our shipping policy for important information regarding delivery, shipping fees, and timelines.


1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

We ship both locally and internationally. Orders are fulfilled from our available stock and partner warehouses.


2. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed Monday to Sunday
  • Processing time is typically 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders with multiple items will only be shipped whatever items are available first
  • Pre-orders and special items will follow the timelines stated in the product description

3. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Local Shipping (UAE): 

  • Standard Delivery: Approximately 2-3 working days after dispatch
  • Express Delivery: Same day dispatch

Gulf Shipping (Gulf Countries):

  • Standard Delivery: Approximately 10–14 working days after dispatch
  • Express Shipping (Aramex/DHL/Nxn/Emirates Post): 2–5 business days after dispatch

General International Shipping (*Photocards Only): 

  • Stamped shipping: Approximately 2-4 weeks after dispatch, depending on the country
  • Tracked shipping: Approximately 1-2 weeks after dispatch, depending on the country
  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.


4. SHIPPING FEES

  • UAE rate: AED 20 for standard delivery / AED 50+ for same day delivery 
  • Gulf rate: Starts @ 2$ USD for photocards and 15$ USD for albums
  • International rate for stamped shipping: Starts @ 4$ USD for photocards
  • International rate for tracked shipping: Starts @ 10$ USD for photocards
  • Final shipping costs may vary depending on location and will be shown at checkout

All shipping fees are paid by the customer unless otherwise stated.


5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

  • Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties and import taxes
  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price
  • Customers are fully responsible for any additional fees required by their country

Failure to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or disposed of. No refunds will be issued in such cases.


6. ADDRESS ACCURACY & UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched

We are not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address
  • Packages returned, lost, or disposed of due to delivery issues

Additional fees may apply for reshipping.


7. DELIVERY & LIABILITY

  • Orders are shipped via trusted couriers such as Jeebly, Imile, Fenix, Emirates Post, NxN, Aramex, DHL 
  • Delivery may be completed without a signature depending on the courier
  • Once a package is marked as delivered:
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items
  • Delivery confirmation (tracking or photo) is considered proof of successful delivery

We are also not liable for parcels delivered to a designated safe place or storage location.


8. SHIPPING DELAYS

Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier issues
  • High order volume
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather or other unforeseen circumstances

We appreciate your patience in such cases.


9. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 3–7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos and an unboxing video

Customers may also be required to file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will assist where possible.


10. LOCAL DELIVERY / PICKUP (IF APPLICABLE)

Same-day delivery or local pickup may be available if:

  • Items are on hand
  • Payment is completed
  • Delivery location qualifies

Customers may arrange delivery through their preferred courier at their own expense.

All orders must be paid in full before shipment.
